Refund policy

When your order arrives, please check the packaging and goods carefully before signing to confirm safe receipt. If there is visible damage or items are missing, this must be noted on the courier’s paperwork.

We also ask that you contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.

If your order is delivered as arranged but cannot be completed because:

  • no one is available to accept delivery (and no prior agreement for unattended delivery at your own risk has been made), or
  • there is insufficient space for the delivery vehicle to safely manoeuvre and operate the tail lift (handling goods up to 1000kg), you will be responsible for any additional costs incurred. The return delivery charge for failed deliveries starts from £35.00.

If goods are refused at delivery and found to be undamaged when returned to us, we reserve the right to charge the full carriage costs associated with the return.

Refunds

  • Refunds will only be issued once returned goods have been received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be processed within 3–10 working days of receipt. All refunds will be made via the original payment method.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless goods are confirmed to be faulty or damaged on arrival.
