Apple has a light, fruity, slightly sweet aroma and is commonly used with fish, pork and poultry.
Using chips will last longer than shavings because they are bigger, resulting in a longer-lasting true bbq taste.
- Place the required amount of chips in a container and cover with Water, Beer or Wine for 30 minutes
- Pour off liquid.
- Add the wood chips to your B.B.Q.
